Product properties
DSCTJ 6011PF is low-density inflaming retarding unsaturated polyester resin free from halogen. The resin contains accelerant and aluminum hydroxide.
Main application
DSCTJ 6011PF is a filled flame-retarded resin, and its filling system is suitable for hand lay-up, RTM, Vacuum Infusion and other processes. It is a high inflaming retarding low smoke and low toxicity highly filled resin, with good operating process and mechanical properties. The products enjoy excellent dimensional stability.

Specification and Performance
Glass fiber reinforced material performance
The above data is based on following conditions:
1. DSCTJ 6011PF 110 mixed 110 aluminum hydroxide;
2. FRP molding methods: 4 layers of 300g / m2 fiberglass mat and 2 layers of 800g / m2 multiaxial fabric(0-90 °), RTM process;
3. curing for 24 hours at room temperature, post curing 3 hours at 80 ��?
Instructions and Precautions:
1. In order to ensure uniform DSCTJ 6011PF system, operation should be carried out after stirring well with ATH.
2. The curing agent shall be within the validity period.
Storage conditions
1. Before using, the resin be stored in a dry room in the original packaging (to avoid the wear between barrel and barrel).
2. The high temperature and light exposure will be significantly reduced storage life, so storage should avoid direct sunlight and away from heat.
3. If exposed to air DSCTJ 6011PF will be crust, so please close the lid after use.
Note: gel time test, 100g resin was added 1.5g M-50 (AKZO-Nobel)
